 Fair trade is not about charity, but giving a fair deal to marginalized third world producers. The best way to support them is to buy Fair trade products. Global Gallery's store is there to market the products from third world countries and provide the producers and artisans with fair wadge. At the same time Global Gallery has many projects. For example, Global Gallery's education work to spread the vital message about the importance of Fair Trade more widely in Columbus depends on donations and grants. If you or your organization would like to make a contribution towards this or for a special project, then you can:

- Send a check (made payable to Global Gallery) to 682 N.High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
- Call 614/621-1744 with your credit or debit card details.
Your donation is tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3 organization. We will send you a Thank you letter form if your wish with the amount of your donation. Thank you.

Spread the Word - Why not talk about Fair trade in your church, a local library, university or school? Global Gallery can come to you and inform you about the major rules and ideas about Fair Trade. We can send you press releases and hot information so that you can include it into you local papers, bulletins or put it on display in places people can be interested in it. Many people have now heard of Fair trade and support the idea. But fewer know about the range and quality of available products, and of the importance of looking out for the Fairly Traded Products when they're shopping. Spreading the word is an excellent way of letting interested people find out more - and a display is really easy to organize (we can help you with all the materials)! to ask for Fair trade promotional materials.

Convert your Workplace/Cafe - Get your favorite coffee shop to start serving Fair trade beverages - or even your workplace or council. Global Gallery will give you all the information about the wholesalers that can supply you with various magnificent kinds of coffee, cocoa, tea and chocolate! Contact us about the suppliers.
Write a Letter to the Editor - Whenever you see news about world trade issues, the coffee crisis, or the world's cocoa farmers and tea pickers, be sure to write a letter citing Fair Trade as a powerful alternative.
